If you are looking to replace your KOALA due to a defect or a shipping error, we will issue you a coupon code to order a replacement at your convenience once your return has been received.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and credit applied via the original method of payment. This typically takes up to 48 hours based on your method of payment.
Once we have received your return request, we will send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) via email from our fulfillment provider, Fulfillrite. This will have instructions on how to package your return and where to mail it.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please be aware that shipping times vary all over the world. We typically see up to a week in the US and 4-6 weeks internationally for packages to arrive back at our fulfillment center.
If you are shipping a package over $75 in value, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will only process refunds or exchanges on returned merchandise.
