We know our approach to wholesale is unique, we made a video to walk you thought the process of logging in and placing orders.

 

APPLICATION PROCESS

How do I apply for your Wholesale Program?

You can fill out the online application by visiting https://www.hangtimegear.com/pages/wholesale-application. Once you have filled out and submitted the application, please allow 3-5 business days for the approval process.

I just got a notification saying that my Wholesale account was approved, but I'm not seeing the discount applied.

This is because we are still working on our Wholesale Program. We will send you an email as soon as the program is open for purchasing.

I applied but never received a verification email. What should I do?

A good place to start is your spam folder. If no luck there, we recommend filling out the application again Google Chrome on a laptop or PC. If you continue to have issues, please contact us at wholesale@hangtimegear.com

Can I apply for a Wholesale Account if I am located outside of the US?

Yes, but the approval process may be a little more involved, including in-person calls to better understand your needs and requirements. To get started, please contact us directly at wholesale@hangtimegear.com so we can review your specific situation.

PURCHASING

How do I place a Wholesale order?

Once our Wholesale Program is ready for purchasing, here are the steps you will need to follow to make your first purchase:

  1. Login to your account at https://www.hangtimegear.com/account
  2. Once you are logged in you will be able to add items to your cart.
  3. Your wholesale discount will be automatically calculated for you.
  4. At checkout, we offer a verify of payment methods. NOTE: We do not offer conventional wholesale payment terms (net 30, etc)

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity for all wholesale orders is 20 pieces.

What is the Wholesale pricing?

All authorized wholesale buyers will receive 50% off of MAP (minimum advertised price).

WARRANTIES & RETURNS

Do you offer a warranty on items purchased through the Wholesale Program?

Yes, our 100% Happiness Warranty applies to products purchased through our Wholesale Program. Your customers may reach out to us directly for all warranty claims. Learn more about our warranty at: https://www.hangtimegear.com/pages/happiness-warranty .

Can I return or exchange items that were purchased through my Wholesale Account?

Yes, we are so confident you and your customers will love the KOALA that we will always refund you in full for unsold inventory. But you'll be responsible for the return shipping charges. If you are considering a return, please contact us by emailing wholesale@hangtimegear.com or calling us at (505) 226-2185.

What if my order gets broken in transit?

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact HANGTIME llc at wholesale@hangtimegear.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order once it has been placed?

Our shipping partner is very fast. This means that almost all orders are processed and labeled within hours of being placed on our website. 

Once an order has been labeled, there is no way to make a change or cancel the order. So, if you place an order that needs to be changed, please contact us ASAP, and we will do our best to help you, but be aware that the window for order changes is very small.

Can I return unsold KOALAs?

Yes, we are so confident you and your customers will love the KOALA that we will always refund you in full for unsold inventory. But you'll be responsible for the return shipping charges.

SHIPPING

How do I track my order?

Once you place an order, please keep an eye out for an email from us with order tracking information.

What is the estimated shipping time for domestic wholesale?

Domestic Wholesale orders typically take about 1-2 business days to process prior to shipping. Once the order has been processed and shipped, travel time within the United States takes between 3-7 business days for delivery, barring any transportation errors with the shipper.

What are the shipping charges for wholesale orders?

We keep our wholesale shipping as prices as low as possible. We also offer shipping discounts for larger volume orders:

51-100 pieces $45
101-200 pieces $75
201-500 pieces $125
500-1000 pieces $200
Orders above 1000 pieces Custom

How much is international shipping?

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Shipping charges are based on the number of pieces ordered. Please contact us for custom pricing.

How long does shipping take for international orders?

Thanks for reaching out. International orders are handled by local shipping providers after leaving the US and may take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery depending on your location.

How do I know if my business will qualify for your Wholesale Program?

As a requirement of approval, you will need to enter a website for your business. We will review the provided website to verify your business.

Am I allowed to sell the KOALA at a discount?

In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 20% below MAP (minimum advertised price). Permission for special sale events beyond the 20% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to HANGTIME llc and will typically be granted on a quarterly basis.

What if the item I ordered was out of stock?

Out-of-stock items will be on a waitlist for you and we will alert you when they are available for purchase.

May we use your images from your website and social media?

Wholesale Program members will have access to all of the images and videos on our website.

May we use your product descriptions?

Wholesale Program members will have access to all of the copy on our website.
