WARRANTY REPLACEMENT

If your KOALA 2.0 breaks, we'll replace it. Simple as that. To start a damaged KOALA return, just click here. 

NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR ORDER

If you don’t love your new KOALA 2.0, send it back to us within 60 days (of purchase) for a full refund. Please include all parts, and make sure it’s clean and in good shape. Basically, make your mama proud.

MISSING PARTS

If you think your order is missing any parts, please contact us and we’ll make it right. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If you live outside the US, you may have to pay those pesky VAT fees for replacement orders.
