SHIPPING

Free shipping for all orders of 2 or more KOALAs. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, standard delivery is 3-7 business days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur especially around the holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time we do not offer international shipping.

TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

LOST IN TRANSIT & OTHER SHIPPING ISSUES

HANGTIME is working with Onward to ensure your order arrives on time and as undamaged. If you include Onward at check out, your order will be covered for most issues that can happen in transit, including lost, stolen, damaged, defective, incorrect, or return-to-sender packages.

If you didn't add Onward, we will do our best to help resolve all shipping issue but HANGTIME is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
