Wholesale Application

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Placing Wholesale Orders

1. Send us an email to wholesale@hangtimegear.com with the number of KOALAs and the colors your would like to purchase. You may attach a purchase order if you prefer.
2. We will respond with an email invoice, payable online (credit card or PayPal).
3. Once the invoice is paid, your order will ship within one business day.

Minimum Order Quantity

The minimum order quantity for all wholesale orders is 20 pieces.

Wholesale Pricing

All authorized wholesale buyers will receive 60% off of MAP (minimum advertised price). 

Domestic Shipping Charges

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Shipping charges are based on the number of pieces ordered:

20 pieces	$15
21-50 pieces	$25
51-100 pieces	$45
101-200 pieces	$75
201-500 pieces	$125
500-1000 pieces	$200
Orders above 1000 pieces	Custom

International Shipping Charges

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Shipping charges are based on the number of pieces ordered. Please contact us for custom pricing.

MSRP

Products or goods purchased from HANGTIME llc shall only be sold at the MAP. In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 30% below MAP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 30% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to HANGTIME llc and will typically be granted on a quarterly basis.

Sales Channels

Wholesale buyers may resell HANGTIME products on their website and their physical locations (brick and mortar stores).

Restricted Sales Channels

Wholesale buyers will be prohibited from selling HANGTIME products on the following sales channels:

• Amazon.com
• eBay.com
• Walmart.com
• Target.com
• Bestbuy.com
• All third party resellers

Product Warranty

Our 100% No-Worries Warranty applies to products purchased through our Wholesale Program. Your customers may reach out to us directly for all warranty claims. Learn more about our warranty at: https://www.hangtimegear.com/pages/warranty

Returns

Yes, we are so confident you and your customers will love the KOALA that we will always refund you in full for unsold inventory. But you'll responsible for the return shipping charges.

Damages and Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact HANGTIME llc at wholesale@hangtimegear.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise.

Delivery Window 

Domestic Wholesale orders typically take 1 business days to process prior to shipping. Once the order has been processed and shipped, travel time within the United States takes between 3-7 business days for delivery, barring any transportation errors with the shipper.

Out of Stock

Out-of-stock items will be on a waitlist for you and we will alert you when they are available for purchase.

Restrictions

You must have a registered wholesale account with HANGTIME llc to have access to our wholesale pricing. Wholesale accounts are approved and revoked at the sole discretion of HANGTIME llc.
