Earlier this week, I visited an enormous warehouse in NYC where I was able to inspect 5 pallets worth of KOALAs! After several years of working on this project, it was SO rewarding to see the results. Before anything else, I want to take a moment to thank you all for helping to make it happen! You’re the best!!

Answers to common questions:

1) WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

As of today, we’ve started shipping your orders! While we weren’t able to begin on the 25th (due to unforeseen freight delays), we are super psyched to start in November as promised (barely, but we made it!). Thank you so much for your patience!

The amazing team at Fulfillrite is working through the Thanksgiving holiday week to get the fulfillment process off to a great start. Due to the volume of orders we received during the campaign, this process will take 3-4 weeks altogether. That is why we haven’t been able to provide exact delivery dates. Regardless we are 100% on track to deliver all of your KOALAs before the holidays.

2) WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

3) WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP IF I ORDERED FROM INDEMAND?

If you are one of our Indiegogo InDemand Backers, meaning you placed your KOALA order after 11/11/19, you can expect delivery in January. And we will send your BackerKit Survey in late December. Please keep an eye out for the BackerKit emails. And double thanks for your patience!
